The same numbers, on the phone and in the panel

A business opens its reports on the phone or in the web panel and gets the same figures either way — appointment counts, revenue, and ratings for a period, computed once on the server and read by both.

Revenue comes from tickets, not list prices

The revenue figure is built from closed ticket lines — what was actually charged, discounts and overrides included — never from a service's list price.

Filter by staff and service

Narrowing to one staff member or one service narrows the appointment count, the revenue, and the staff performance table together — never just one of the three.

Compared against the period before it

Every report period is automatically compared against an equal-length period right before it, so a number arrives with a sense of whether it is up or down.

Product revenue kept separate

Money from delivered orders is reported apart from ticket revenue, so a product sale at the counter and a service sold at the desk don't blur into one figure.

Staff performance

With staff assigned to appointments, the report breaks revenue down by who performed it.

The panel adds the wider view

The web panel renders the same figures as trend, hourly, and status charts for a larger screen — the app carries its own chart set built for the phone.
