From request to approval, the business stays in control

A customer sends a booking request; the business approves or declines it. Capacity and availability are re-checked on the server at every step, so two customers can't both end up confirmed into the same slot.

Request, approve, decline, cancel

Every booking request waits for the business's decision. Once approved, either the business or the customer can still cancel it.

Capacity is enforced server-side

Approving a request re-checks capacity — and staff availability, where staff mode is on — inside the same transaction, so two owners approving the same slot at once can't both succeed.

Two-sided rescheduling

Either the customer or the business can propose a new time; the other side accepts or declines it. An unanswered proposal expires on its own. The notice period and how many times a booking can move are configurable per service.

Recurring appointments

Book 2 to 12 occurrences at once, weekly or monthly. Any occurrence that isn't available is skipped, and the rest still goes to the business.

Unanswered requests cancel themselves

A request the business never answers is cancelled automatically once its window closes.

No-show tracking

A business can mark a past appointment as a no-show; the customer has 24 hours to appeal it.
