From appointment to closed ticket, every change tracked
A ticket opens from an approved appointment or as a walk-in with no appointment behind it, gets its service lines, and closes. Even a closed ticket can still be corrected — every edit is kept on record.
Open from an appointment or as a walk-in
Opening a ticket from an approved appointment carries its services over as lines automatically; a walk-in with no appointment opens the same way, empty.
Service lines
Add service lines to a ticket and adjust quantity and price; with staff mode on, each line keeps who performed it.
Closing locks the total
The moment a ticket closes, a total is computed from its lines up to that point, and that locked total is the number the reports read.
Closed tickets can still be corrected
A closed ticket's lines can be edited afterward — every edit is written to a revision record alongside what it changed from.
A4 printout
A ticket prints as an A4 page from the panel, or the same content as a PDF from the app.
Void
An open or closed ticket can be voided to withdraw the record.
