The service catalogue, one list, two surfaces
Every service a business offers is listed here, with its duration, capacity, price and, where set, an image. The list reads the same data on the phone and on the web panel — neither is an incomplete copy of the other.
Name, duration, capacity, description
Every service carries a name, duration, capacity, price and, if you like, a description and image — everything a customer needs before booking.
Four price types
Price a service with a fixed amount, a "starting from" figure, free-form text, or leave it blank — whatever fits how the business actually charges.
Approval timeout and rescheduling can be customised per service
Give a service its own approval and rescheduling behaviour, or let it simply follow the business's defaults.
Recurring booking eligibility
Open a service to weekly or monthly repeat bookings, so regular customers can settle into a standing appointment.
Active/inactive and ordering
Order the catalogue the way customers should see it, and switch a service on or off without losing its history.
True of every screen in this section
Ownership is re-checked on every write
Only the user matching the owner field on the business document can create, update, reorder or delete a service, the working hours, or a closure; the rule checks this separately on every single write.
An unpublished business's schedule and catalogue stay private
Until a business is published, only its owner can read its service list, working hours or closures; once published, any signed-in user can read them.
Suspension does not block writing on the server
The panel disables the affected actions and fields in its own interface once the business is suspended, but that is only an interface restriction; the server-side rule still accepts writes from the owner regardless.
- Service ListA business's service list screen: adding, editing, activating and reordering, on both the app and the panel.
- Service FormThe form for creating a new service or editing an existing one: name, duration, capacity, price, approval window and reschedule rules.
- Working HoursThe screen where a business sets whether it is open on each of the seven days and its hours on those days; the panel keeps the settings that govern booking behaviour in the same section.
- Blocked TimesThe list of days and hour ranges a business closes on top of its normal working hours.
- Blocked Time FormThe form for creating a new closure or editing an existing one: a date, whole-day or specific hour ranges, and an optional reason.
