Share Hub
What this screen is for
Gathers all four ways to promote a business in one list: three shortcuts that open the QR code screen, the social card screen, and the A4 poster screen, and a link row — visible once the business is published — that can be copied directly or sent through the OS share sheet. The hub itself produces no image; the QR code, poster, and card are each built on their own screen, and this is only the door to them.
When you would use this
The owner reaches this screen when they haven't yet decided which promotion tool to use, or just want the link quickly to paste somewhere — deciding here whether they need a QR code to hang up, a poster to print, or a card to post on social media.
Who sees it
The business owner. The screen is reached from the share shortcut on the business hub or the dashboard; the rule that reads the business document allows no one else — even signed in — to read it while the business is unpublished.
Where it lives
The screen exists on both the mobile app and the web panel. On mobile, three of the four shortcuts navigate to a separate screen; on the panel, the link, QR code, card, and poster are four sections in a row on the same page — none of them navigates away.
What you can do here
Open the QR code screen
Tapping the shortcut opens the screen showing the business's scannable QR code.
Open the share card screen
Tapping the shortcut opens the screen showing the card designed for posting on social media.
Open the poster screen
Tapping the shortcut opens the screen showing the A4 poster designed for printing.
Copy the link
The copy button on the row that appears once the business is published writes the link to the clipboard and shows a confirmation.
On the panel, a failed copy (the browser refuses permission) shows a separate error message; on mobile, copying is always a clipboard write with no separate failure state.
Share the link
Opens the OS share sheet; the shared text carries the business's name together with the link.
Mobile only. The panel has no OS share sheet to hand off to reliably on desktop, so this action doesn't exist there — instead, the QR code, card, and poster can each be downloaded as a file, or (for the poster) printed directly.
What the server accepts and refuses
The link row being absent can mean three different things
While the row is still loading, nothing is shown; if the business data failed to load, an error row with a retry button is shown; if the business isn't published yet, a disabled notice row is shown instead. The three are kept apart so a genuine load failure doesn't look like the business simply isn't published yet.
A QR code, poster or card can be produced for an unpublished business — the link inside stays dead
Publish state only hides this screen's own link row; the QR code, card, and poster shortcuts always open, and those three screens never check publish state themselves. An owner can generate a QR code, print a poster, or share a card while their business is still unpublished — the artefact comes out fine, but the link inside it won't open until the business is published: a customer scans the code and the page doesn't load.
