Business Hub
What this screen is for
Summarises the business's day-to-day operations on one screen: pending appointment approvals, the appointment count for today, the state of open tickets, publish and booking switches, and shortcuts to the other management screens. The panel's screen built on the same idea is far larger: it also gathers thirty-day appointment and revenue trends, a profile completeness score, top-selling services and busy-hours cards meant purely for reading.
When you would use this
A business owner comes here to quickly see what is waiting on their business right now — whether an appointment needs approving, how many appointments are on today, what open tickets add up to. On the panel the same screen is also used to see whether the last thirty days of appointments and revenue are trending up or down.
Who sees it
Only the user whose account matches the owner field on the business document can see that business's hub.
Where it lives
The screen exists on both the mobile app and the web panel, but the two cover different ground. The mobile hub is a pending-appointment summary, two cards for today and for open tickets, publish/booking/staff-mode switches, and a wide shortcut grid into the other management screens. The panel's overview instead works like a reading dashboard: four KPI cards, an agenda of today's and upcoming appointments, a profile-completeness score, open-ticket and recent-review summaries, catalogue status, thirty-day performance, top-selling services and busy-hours cards, plus a small quick-access row of only four links.
What you can do here
Publish and booking switches
Two separate switches decide whether the business is visible to customers and whether it accepts new appointments; both write immediately.
On the panel these two switches are disabled in the interface once the business is suspended; the mobile app has no such restriction.
Review pending appointments
The count of appointments awaiting approval is shown, along with a link into the appointments screen.
On mobile a short preview of the first pending appointment (customer, service, time) is also shown and can be approved with one tap. The panel has no approval action on this screen, only the count and a link to the appointments page.
Today's status and open ticket balance
Today's appointment count, the next appointment still ahead, and the total of open tickets are all shown at a glance.
On the panel these figures are spread across separate KPI cards and an agenda card, and it also adds the last thirty days of appointment and revenue trends. Mobile shows only the live state of today and of open tickets, with no historical trend.
Staff-mode switch
Decides whether the business's staff records are read and shown anywhere else in the app; while it is off, the staff screen is hidden.
Only changed from this screen on mobile; the panel overview carries no such switch, staff mode is managed from a separate screen on the panel.
Business switcher
When an account owns more than one business, this switches quickly between them.
Only present on the mobile hub, as a picker menu.
Profile completeness, catalogue and review readings
How complete the profile is, the state of the service/staff catalogue, and recent reviews are each summarised in their own card.
Panel only.
Shortcuts to the management screens and actions
Tickets, appointments, services, products, orders, commerce settings, showcase, working hours, blocked times, a quick close, calendar, reports, settings, editing the business, blocked customers, the share hub, previewing the profile, and the full dashboard — every one of these screens and actions is reached from here; the staff screen is only added to the list when staff mode is on.
The mobile shortcut set is far wider. The panel's quick-access row carries only four links (appointments, services, working hours, share); the rest are reached from the side menu.
What the server accepts and refuses
'Today' is computed in the business's own timezone
Today's appointment count and the next appointment ahead are both computed in the business's recorded timezone, not the device's; two different devices looking at the same business from two different timezones still see the same today.
