Setup Checklist
What this screen is for
One page showing what is left before the business can take bookings. Each row leads to the screen that really edits that setting; the page edits nothing itself, because a second location form or a second hours editor would drift from the first.
When you would use this
An owner who left the wizard half-finished, or who comes back later wondering what they skipped, looks here.
Who sees it
The business owner only, and only while their account has at least one business.
Where it lives
A screen in the mobile app. The panel shows the same information as a card on its overview page rather than as a page of its own.
What you can do here
Show how many steps are left
The count of finished steps and a progress bar sit at the top; the number and the bar come from the same calculation.
Explain an unfinished step
An unfinished row says in one sentence why that step matters. A finished row carries no such line — it would be an instruction for something already done.
Lead to the right screen
Tapping a row opens the screen that edits that setting: business details for the location, working hours for the hours, the service list for services, the staff list for staff.
Switch to the walkthrough
While anything is missing, the button at the bottom starts the dimmed coach-mark tour and takes the owner to the business hub.
What the server accepts and refuses
What counts as done is decided elsewhere
A single shared rule decides which step is finished, and the tour and the panel read the same one. Were this page to count for itself, it could show a full progress bar above a list with two steps still on it.
The staff row exists only with staff mode on
A business that has not turned staff mode on has no team to define and does not need one; a row that can never be ticked is a list that never completes. The total number of steps is four or five for the same reason.
Information that has not loaded is not counted as done
Service, hours and staff lists are treated as empty until they arrive, so the matching step reads as unfinished. The other direction would tick a box on the strength of a list that never came.
