Business Profile
What this screen is for
The screen dedicated to one business, opened from a discover-list card or a share link. After the cover photo and the name card come the contact card, the services card and one featured review, always in that order; the gallery, the "About" text and the "Featured" strip are then ordered by the showcase layout the business chose. Where the showcase is on and the business has at least one active product, the same screen becomes two tabs, "Business" and "Showcase"; the booking bar stays fixed at the bottom of both.
When you would use this
A customer arrives here after picking a card from the discover list, returning to a business from favourites, or opening a share link — the moment they are looking at one specific business and deciding how to reach it, what it offers, or whether to book.
Who sees it
Any signed-in user can see it once the business is published and not suspended by an administrator; otherwise the screen shows a not-found message instead of a profile.
Where it lives
The screen exists only in the mobile app.
What you can do here
Read and use the contact card
The business's address, phone and website are listed as separate rows, each carrying its actual value: the row itself shows the street name, the phone number or the site's domain, and a second line under it says what a tap will do. The address row opens the maps app with directions, the phone row opens the dialer, the website row opens the browser; a value the business never stored simply draws no row.
See the number and the site in readable form
The phone is spelled the way it is read rather than the way it is stored: a Turkish number is grouped as "0216 321 00 00", while a number from any other country is left exactly as stored — applying Turkey's grouping elsewhere produces a plausible-looking wrong number. The website row likewise shows only the domain, never the full address.
Ask the business
When messaging is on and the reader is not the business's owner, an "Ask the business" row is added to the contact card; tapping it opens the existing thread, or starts a new draft if there is none. The row is there for a signed-out reader too.
Open a social link
Instagram sits beside the name card as its own mark, with no label; Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp are listed under the contact card beneath a "Social" heading, each with its own glyph and name. A network appears only where the business stored its link; where WhatsApp was never stored, the link is derived from the stored phone number, and with no phone either that cell is never drawn.
Review the services and open the booking form
Every active service the business offers is listed five to a page, and the pages are swiped through; up to eight pages are marked with dots, past that with a "Page 3 of 12" counter. Tapping a row opens the booking form with that service already chosen. With no active service at all, the card is not drawn.
See one review and the total count
A business with reviews shows its first review that has actual text as a single card; tapping the count on the card opens the screen listing every review.
Browse the gallery and enlarge a photo
The first four of the business's uploaded photos are shown under a "Gallery" heading as equal-width squares on one row; with fewer than four, no empty boxes are added and the squares grow instead. Tapping a square enlarges the photo in a square popup; the "See all" link opens the separate screen listing every photo. With no photos, neither the heading nor the row is drawn.
Read the About text
What the business says about itself sits under an "About" heading, clamped to four lines; when the text does not fit those four lines a "Read more" link appears and tapping it expands the rest in place, and once expanded it does not collapse again. Text that already fits shows no link at all, and an empty description draws no heading.
Look at the featured products
The products the business picked and ordered itself become a horizontal strip headed "Featured" — which is what separates it from the Showcase tab: the strip is what the business chose, the tab is the catalogue itself. A product with no price is left off the strip; a sold-out one keeps its place and says so where its price would be. Tapping a card opens a read-only preview. The strip's "See all" link appears only while there is another active product that is not featured, and it moves to the Showcase tab where there is one, otherwise to the full products screen; with nothing featured, neither the heading nor the strip is drawn.
Switch to the Showcase tab
The Showcase tab shows a two-column grid, newest product first, narrowed by category chips, with a note above it saying online orders are not open yet. Tapping a product opens the same read-only preview — there is no basket, no purchase and no ordering on this tab.
Favourite, report, or book
The heart on the cover photo adds or removes the business from favourites and the flag icon opens a report form; the bar at the bottom of the screen stays on both tabs, opens the booking form and shows the lowest fixed price when there is one.
What the server accepts and refuses
An unpublished or suspended business's profile cannot be viewed
If the business is unpublished or has been suspended by an administrator, the screen shows a not-found message instead of the profile.
With bookings closed, the button stays visible but does nothing
When the business has closed bookings, the button in the bottom bar is drawn dimmed and tapping it does nothing; the line beside it in the same bar says bookings are closed instead of saying where payment happens.
The lowest price is the whole catalogue's, not the current page's
The "starting from" figure in the bottom bar is computed over every active, fixed-price service priced above zero, not over whichever page of the service list happens to be open; a service without a fixed price never enters that calculation, and a business offering only such services shows no figure at all.
The Showcase tab is only drawn when there is something sellable
If the showcase switch is off, or the business has no active product at all, the second tab is never built and the profile stays single-tab; a switch that was never written counts as on, because the field arrived after businesses already had products.
The Showcase tab's grid is not the whole catalogue
At most twelve products are taken into the grid, and a product priced at zero is not taken at all. Because that filtering happens before the category chip is applied, choosing a category whose products fall outside those twelve can leave the grid empty.
