My Restrictions

What this screen is for

Lists any not-yet-expired booking restrictions on the account, each with its reason and end date. The trust score behind a restriction is never shown, only its outcome.

When you would use this

A reader comes here when a new booking attempt is rejected with a permission error, or when they want to check whether such a restriction exists on their account and, if so, when it lifts.

Who sees it

Only a signed-in user sees their own restrictions; the screen always reads the signed-in account's own document.

Where it lives

The screen exists on the mobile app only.

What you can do here

List active restrictions

Every not-yet-expired restriction is listed with its reason and end date/time, with the one ending latest shown first.

Say so when there is none

When there is no active restriction, a message says so in place of the list.

What the server accepts and refuses

A restriction is not the same as an account suspension

This screen shows only booking restrictions that carry an end date; a full account suspension is a separate and more severe state, and never appears in this list because it carries no end date at all.

The reason text collapses to two categories

A restriction caused by not showing up for an appointment is shown with its own label; every restriction caused by spam or an upheld complaint stays behind a single generic "other" label.

A restriction blocks new bookings everywhere, not existing ones

While a restriction is active, no new appointment request can be sent to any business; appointments already approved or pending are unaffected until the restriction expires.

There is no appeal action on this screen

The right to appeal a no-show report can only be used from that specific appointment's own screen, within twenty-four hours of the report; by the time a restriction shows up here, that window has already closed, and this screen offers no other way to dispute it.
